That frees onsite leasing teams for residents. Zillow's multifamily partners with more than 450 units can use it.
How it went
From October 2025 to April 2026, renters who engaged with AI Assist were 43% more likely to apply, 19% more likely to book a tour and 24% more likely to sign a lease.

This is a vendor press release. The comparison is between engaged leads in AI Assist buildings and leads in buildings without it, and it excludes buildings with instant touring enabled.
